A page for every city we cover.

How it works

Irrigation services: four steps from phone call to walkthrough.

Step 01

Call or book online

Tell us what the system is doing and where the property is. We give you the next available window.

Step 02

On-site diagnosis

We run each zone, check pressure, open valve boxes and locate the fault. You see what we see.

Step 03

Scope and rate

What failed, what it needs and how long we expect it to take — before anything is dug up.

Step 04

Repair and walkthrough

We complete the work, run the system with you, and set the controller schedule for the season.

Questions

Straight answers before you call.

Are you licensed to work on irrigation systems in Texas?
Yes. Texas requires a licensed irrigator for installation, repair and maintenance of irrigation systems. All Pro Sprinkler holds Texas Irrigator License LI#0030401. Ask any contractor for their number before they touch your backflow device.
What does a sprinkler repair cost?
It depends on what failed, and we would rather look than guess. Estimates are free and there is no trip charge. We diagnose first, tell you what broke and what it will take to fix, and you decide before any work starts. Call 972-786-6736 and we will give you a straight answer.
How soon can you get out to my property?
Scheduling moves with the season — spring start-ups and the first hot weeks are the busiest. Call 972-786-6736 and we’ll give you the next real window, or book through our online portal and we’ll confirm.
Do you work on systems you didn’t install?
Most of our repair work is on other people’s systems. We service all major brands, including Hunter, Rain Bird, Toro and Irritrol, and we’ll work with whatever controller is already on the wall.
Why does one zone have dry spots when the heads are running?
Usually coverage, not the head itself. Common causes are heads spaced too far apart for their nozzle, mismatched nozzle types on the same zone, pressure loss from a leak elsewhere in the line, or clogged screens. We measure before replacing anything.
Do you take commercial and municipal work?
Yes. We service commercial properties, HOA common areas, retail centers and municipal sites, including multi-controller systems, zone mapping and scheduled maintenance agreements.
